Performance Marketing Officer

Job Description


  • Craft end-to-end paid media campaigns (including PPC, paid social, programmatic and more) for the company products and services;

  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid-ad campaigns;

  • Recommend app install and in-app engagement campaigns optimizations and run A/B tests accordingly;

  • Expand paid channels, able to acquire new paid media sources;

  • Able to pull and analyze the data and gain insights from the data;

  • Identify market opportunities for acquisition growth;

  • Assist in performing day-to-day optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives;

  • Grow your skillset by building your exposure to market-leading tools including their bespoke automation platform.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline;

  • 1-2 years' paid media advertising, preferably from an agency background;

  • Hands on experience in Excel application including Vlookup and pivot tables;

  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and strategic mindset particularly for consumer insights and business growth;

  • Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills;

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

  • Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;

  • Candidates from search ad and other apps user acquisition agencies are welcome.
