Performance Marketing Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Craft end-to-end paid media campaigns (including PPC, paid social, programmatic and more) for the company products and services;

Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid-ad campaigns;

Recommend app install and in-app engagement campaigns optimizations and run A/B tests accordingly;

Expand paid channels, able to acquire new paid media sources;
-
Able to pull and analyze the data and gain insights from the data;

Identify market opportunities for acquisition growth;
-
Assist in performing day-to-day optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives;
-
Grow your skillset by building your exposure to market-leading tools including their bespoke automation platform.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline;

1-2 years' paid media advertising, preferably from an agency background;
-
Hands on experience in Excel application including Vlookup and pivot tables;
-
Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven and strategic mindset particularly for consumer insights and business growth;

Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills;
-
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
-
Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
