SEO Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve organic search rankings and maximize sales and qualified web traffic;

  • Construct and maintain prioritized backlogs and requirements for technical SEO, local SEO, and ASO to improve natural search traffic;

  • Prioritize keywords and landing pages to attract target audience;

  • Develop and implement link building strategy;

  • Monitor and analyze SEO/ASO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, installs and other in-app events;

  • Assist content team in crafting strategies to support organic and paid campaign performance;

  • Build systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO;

  • Work with web developers and marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns;

  • Perform regular SEO audits and drive work items as necessary;

  • Follow and digest popular SEO publications and blogs to stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or related discipline;

  • 3+ years experience of SEO / ASO in financial industry;

  • Hands on experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Botify or Search Metrics;

  • Familiar with Google algorithm, search ranking technology and principles;

  • Independent, self-motivated and attentive to details;

  • Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
