Chief Strategic Planner

Build, lead and manage a 10-15 persons development team;

Define platform architecture and product positioning;

Create roadmaps for the products and formulate product strategies;

Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy;

Plan and propose data growth strategies and index;

Act as a mentor to team members and educate senior executives in making effective decisions;

Work as a core team member for the new blockchain project;

Frequent travel is necessary.

Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;

10+ years solid experience in blockchain industry preferably in financial products related;

Proven experience as Strategic Planner;

Familiar with the technical model of financial trading platforms;

Experience with web technologies, development languages and environments;

Details-oriented, have strong execution and motivation;

Demonstrable organizational, time management and prioritization skills;

Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

Good command of spoken and written Chinese including Mandarin;

Familiar with China / Taiwan blockchain & financial industry is a must.
