Overseas Operations Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and improve various business operations processes;

  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to maintain the sense of belonging and relationship management;

  • Perform regular UAT testing on existing website and/or application to improve clients' experiences;

  • Regularly investigate competing products, and constantly put forward improvement suggestions on the products;

  • Responsible for market development and expansion of customer base in South-east Asia and Europe;

  • Identify potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements;

  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Operations / Consumer Behavior or related discipline;

  • 1+ year solid experience in sales operations of Finance industry, with overseas markets exposure is an advantage;

  • Good data analysis skills and proficient use of data statistics tools;

  • Experience in start-ups operations is a plus;

  • Demonstrable organizational, time management and prioritization skills;

  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

  • Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
