Overseas Operations Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Optimize and improve various business operations processes;

Analyze sales data and customer behavior to maintain the sense of belonging and relationship management;

Perform regular UAT testing on existing website and/or application to improve clients' experiences;

Regularly investigate competing products, and constantly put forward improvement suggestions on the products;

Responsible for market development and expansion of customer base in South-east Asia and Europe;
-
Identify potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements;
-
Work closely with marketing and technical teams.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Operations / Consumer Behavior or related discipline;
-
1+ year solid experience in sales operations of Finance industry, with overseas markets exposure is an advantage;

Good data analysis skills and proficient use of data statistics tools;

Experience in start-ups operations is a plus;
-
Demonstrable organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
-
Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
-
Energetic with can-do attitude and team spirit;
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
